WDX-4000 is the first commercial sequential wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer in China, launched by Jiangsu Tianrui Instrument Co., Ltd. with funding support from the National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Special Project (Project No. 2011YQ170065), integrating technological innovation and invention. The WDX-4000 has passed the testing of the "JJG 810-1993 Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Calibration Regulations" and can detect elements from Be-4 to U-92 on the periodic table. It can be applied in fields such as geology, cement, steel, and environmental protection. The WDX-4000 adopts a large number of universal designs, which can provide customers with economical and convenient maintenance.

Innovative design of angle measuring instrument
The innovative steel belt transmission system protected by patents can provide stable and backlash free rotational motion to ensure high-precision angular positioning requirements;
The two axes of θ/2 θ move independently and are combined with servo motors and circular gratings to form a closed-loop system;
Permanent magnet AC servo motors provide high-speed and smooth motion in the industry;
The repeatability of angle measurement with circular grating can reach ± 0.0002 degrees, and the accuracy can reach ± 0.0006 degrees, which is sufficient to ensure excellent angle measurement performance;
Digital multi-channel analyzer
12 bit, 80M/s analog-to-digital conversion sampling rate, it is a high-resolution signal sampling system in the industry, ensuring the integrity of signal acquisition
Based on the high-speed FPGA framework and reliable digital signal processing algorithms, the 4096 channel analysis system is sufficient to screen the correct X-ray signals from noise
Large dynamic range measurement effectively reduces the number of detector gain adjustments
